Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vulcan Equestrian. We are committed to delivering your order with the same care and craftsmanship that goes into every piece we make. Please review our shipping policy below.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not yet ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. International shipping will be available in the future.


Shipping Rates

$150 and above Free Standard Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment. All rates are in U.S. dollars.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer Standard Shipping via USPS or UPS Ground. Carrier selection is determined by destination, package size, and delivery efficiency.

Estimated Delivery: 3 to 7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Vulcan Equestrian is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Ocala, Florida within 3 to 5 business days of order placement.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
  • During promotional periods, product launches, and peak seasons (such as November and December), processing times may be extended
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at carson@vulcanequestrian.com.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will contact you to arrange payment before reshipping.


Shipping Insurance and Lost or Stolen Packages

Vulcan Equestrian does not currently offer shipping insurance or package protection. Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, Vulcan Equestrian is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items.

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, building management, or front desks
  2. Look for the package in safe locations near your delivery address (porches, side doors, garages)
  3. Contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim:

  5. UPS: 1-800-742-5877 or ups.com
  6. File a police report if you suspect theft

We are happy to assist by providing carrier confirmation details, but we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at carson@vulcanequestrian.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. Please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.


Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and applicable state and local tax laws.


Promotional Shipping Offers

From time to time, we may offer reduced or promotional shipping rates. These offers are subject to the terms displayed at the time of the promotion and may not be combined with other shipping discounts.


International Shipping (Coming Soon)

We are working on expanding to international markets. When international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. Original shipping charges and these additional fees are non-refundable on international orders.
